Front desk clerk (probably owner) was very cheerful and accommodating. Issue with room at check in and he graciously moved us to another room. Convenient in town location. Property just needs a little TLC and facelift but is about what you would expect for the price. It was fine for my very short stay.

Food bag was a nice touch albeit contained very unhealthy items. Desirae was very helpful and very nice. Bed was comfortable.

The room smelled really bad it was a smoking room but smelled way worse then just smoke. Linens were dingy. Bathroom was dirty and there were little brown bugs running around.

Location next to the river walk. First time in Augusta, will not be staying here or near the area. The river walk is not enough to keep me there. Big disappointment
